Be careful with your electric bills! The people from Endesa have been coming every month for the past year to read the meter, I should know...I let them in! However when the bills arrive they are always estimated (estimado). Suddenly without warning Endesa took 830€ from our account! A few months ago they tried to ask for 4700€...of course they never got it! Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

I see on the internet that Endesa have been reimbursing people in Andlalucia, there is a terrible story __a href="http://www.surinenglish.com/20090220/news/costasol-malaga/endesa-bill-200902201012.html" __here, where an English lady opened her bill and Endesa were asking for 169,347.76 euros!!!

You can go to your bank and ask that the money paid to Endesa or indeed Natural Gas to be returned to your account, then you can go and ask for the bill to be proportioned over monthly payments.
